I recommend at least 2–3 days’ notice. Larger and custom orders may require more time.
📍 Where are you located?
I’m based in Woodstock, Ontario.
🚗 Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Free local delivery is available within Woodstock. Deliveries outside of Woodstock may require a small delivery fee based on location. You’re also welcome to pick up your order if that’s more convenient!
💳 How do I pay?
Payment is accepted by e-transfer, and cash may also be accepted for local pick-up or delivery. Full payment is required before your order is confirmed, unless otherwise arranged.
🎂 Do you make custom cookies?
Absolutely! If you have a flavour or idea in mind, submit a custom cookie request and I’ll do my best to bring it to life.
❄️ How should I store my cookies?
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a few days, or freeze them to enjoy later.
